fees

School fees are charged on an annual basis. (See separate Fee Schedule). They may be paid annually, per term (4 payments) or in 10 monthly payments (January to October). Fees paid annually are due in the first week of the first term. Fees paid per term are due in the first week of each term. Monthly payments are required within the last week of each calendar month. No deductions will be made with regard to absenteeism.

notice period

One term’s written notice is required when your child leaves the school.

Attendance Days and Times

The Toddler Environment hours are from 7:30am to 12:00 Monday – Friday.

The Pre-School and Grade R Environments run from Monday to Friday. Hours are from 7:30am to 12:30.

Supervised Play / Aftercare

Seedlings offers supervised play until 2pm on Mondays to Thursdays.

stationary and supplies

To cover all stationary and supplies (toilet paper, tissues included) for 2023 we ask that you pay R1000 per child. We will split the stationary invoice into two separate amounts – R500 in January and R500 in July and invoices will be sent out with those for school fees.

birthday parties

The school premises may be used for birthday parties on a Friday after school or on a Saturday by arrangement. Please ask for details if interested.
